Headstarter came to life with 3 problems: lack of career well-roundedness, career awareness, and priority management. After we graduated, folks reached out for help on their resume, mock interview or coding resources. We soon realized that assisting students with one area (resume) would be useless if another area (communication) was lacking. Thus, we broke down 8 areas of improvement students need to have the highest chances of getting all the best offers.
